When you begin to accept your symptoms and recognize them then you can get help and you can begin to regain control over the condition.

The signs of anxiety are something that you have to recognize. Others may not realize them in the beginning. Once others can recognize your symptoms, the disorder will have already taken hold in your life and treatment will be lengthy and complicated.
